At Warm Homes Energy Group, formerly known as Call Energy Solutions, we’ve been helping households across England and Wales save money and stay warm for many years. We specialise in energy-efficient home upgrades through trusted government programs, and we’re dedicated to making your home more comfortable and affordable to run.

Through government-backed schemes, we provide free or fully funded home improvements, such as:
Insulation to keep the warmth in
Solar panels to generate your own energy
Low-carbon heating systems like electric storage heaters to replace old, inefficient heaters
For example, if you have electric room heaters, we can upgrade them to electric storage heaters, which are much more efficient. We can also install solar panels to ensure your home generates enough energy to power your heating system (depending on space). We’ll help you get the most out of your home to save energy and lower your bills.

As Director, she takes a hands-on approach with every customer, personally overseeing the qualification process to ensure each household receives the support and funding they’re entitled to. A certified Retrofit Assessor, Sarah combines technical expertise with genuine care, making sure every customer journey is smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Her dedication is at the heart of everything we do.

    Chris is not only our expert electrician, but also a qualified Retrofit Assessor and experienced insulation installer. As your first point of contact, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping customers every step of the way.
